Interview
Wipro Elite interview process includes an online assessment (aptitude and coding) followed by a virtual technical/business discussion round focusing on projects, programming basics, and SQL, leading to final HR evaluation.
Initial Interview (Phone or Video Screening)
Conducted by: HR or a recruiter.
Purpose:
Confirm basic qualifications.
Discuss salary expectations and availability.
Gauge communication skills.
4. Technical/Skill Assessment (if applicable)
Types:
Coding tests
Writing samples
Case studies
Practical tasks
Goal: To objectively assess core job-specific abilities.
5. First-Round Interview
Participants: Hiring manager or potential teammates.
Format: In-person or virtual.

Deep dive into your experience

6. Second-Round or Final Interviews
May include:
Panel interviews
Presentations
Problem-solving exercises
Goal: A comprehensive evaluation by multiple stakeholders.
First interview started with self introduction and final year project discussion. And moved on to technical skills, for eg. Java, dsa and sql based questions. And asked to solve a problem and tell only the logic. And asked whether ok to relocate.
