There were multiple levels of interviews focusing on practical experience, self starter, curiosity, and past experience. The people were very informative about the position and straight forward about expectations, team structure, benefits, and career path.

Its complicated wired staff, too much politics all around the office. I've worked in other companies but the interview process in this was very average and boring the same lame question I think they need an update
