It is a HR interview and couple of questions has been asked for about 30 mins .Mainly they have focused on your confidence and level of problen solving.Also they have focused on you how you have managed the team and your team members.But the sad part is they have not agreeing for salary negotiation .They fixed the amount as per their standards
