Wipro Senior Project Engineer interview questions

One or two technical round for security skill, then HR round. Depends on how niche and demanding your skill is, you will be hired for sure. You may be called first over phone, screened by a first level technical interview panel. Then may be forwarded for a second level technical panel. if they find you suitable, you willl be called by HR for final discussion.

Interview process is very organized. The first call was from talent acquisition team(aka HR) who will do the initial assessment, interest in Wipro,location, current salary and expected salary discussion. Then the technical interview with the project team evaluates your skills from your CV for around 1 hour. Final round with head of talent acquisition for salary negotiation, why to join Wipro, joining date etc.
