Wipro Software Engineer interview questions

Interview was for 45 mins, as everyone knows first question was tell me about yourself, asked some basic technical questions, good experience interview. The interviewer was very gentle in keeping his words. Overall good experience.

There are only two cons in this company 1. Appraisals And appreciation : Extremely poor appraisal, far below market standards. Appreciations from higher ups, on spot awards etc, are a rarity. 2. Work life balance Of all the teams that I have worked with including mine, all of them each are 2-3 members short staffed. Hence the on floor employees are always stretched to 12+ hours to complete pending activities. Most projects don't have the concept of overtime.
