Wipro Technical Leader interview questions

They will have 2 technical rounds with programs and all for >Net Full Stack Lead (.Net + Angular + Azure) .They will also mention their budget which will be 30-35% hike on our salary .After HR discussion they will come with stunned faces that they only got approval for small amounts which amounts to 5-10% asking you to confirm the same for acceptance . I have rejected the offer and asked minimal hike of 30% but they want quantity over quality hence put me on hold when i denied their offer . But at the same time , i have seen people getting calls and having 15 days NP , giving one simple round of interview(basic formality) and then HR releases offer with xyz package. Worst experience if your package is upto market level and you are expecting 25-30% minm so confirm on package before wasting your time .
