Nice interviews, but I felt like the whole recruiting process was artificially dragged out. When it came to the assignment, the tasks were so extensive that I refused to work on them because I felt Wolt was making their applicants work for them for free to filter out the best concepts and ideas. So be careful if this seems unusual to you. Also, it seems that common courtesy would dictate that any applicant would at least be allowed to present their slides without awaiting approval from the hiring team. After all, they (and I) would have invested time and energy. In my eyes, an absolute no go.
