Receive an email which said i had been shortlisted. After 2 days I was asked to come and take a test . Interview was rigorous. Took over s month for the entire selection

The job selection process is extremely politically based, with selections being made on popularity of an individual rather than their ability to deliver on technical content. This aspect has weakened the ability of the bank to deliver on its core mandate and on delivering value for its clients.
