Panel interview, both specific technical staff and HR people together. It lasted more than an hour. First, specific economic issues were discussed, case study based questions and discussions to evaluate my opinion on certain policy issues.

I had an adhoc interview process through a friend. I was asked to share my previous work experience in the sector and send samples of my writing. There was no formal posting. Everyone who was hired in this position got the job through a network or a connection.
