World Bank Group interview questions

Applied online end of May 2018 and was invited for an initial interview in mid July 2018. I was contacted by email. I opted for an in-person interview in Washington DC but Skype was also available. I had a panel of 4 at the interview. 2 counsel, 1 senior counsel and 1 HR. The interview was about one hour long. From what I understand it’s a 2-round interview to the position. I was advised early October 2018 that I had not been selected for the position. There were situational questions and also some legal questions.

A brief phone conversation on when I could start. Hiring is based on your network. With good references, often formal interviews are not needed. After the phone call, it was processing the contract. It only took a day.
