Interview
A complete day with a behavioral interview, working with a team to solve a case. This part included writing a couple of memos and proposing solutions for a fiction country. The second part (could go first), is a personal interview with a three people panel.

Question 1
I will depend a lot on your background and in what panel you will be assigned. In my case I got infrastructure, so in my case, I was asked what infrastructure solution I found is the most efficient way to reduce poverty and increase opportunities.

Interview
Quite efficient, not very difficult, focused primarily on private sector engagements in prior experience and how they apply to gender role including areas of focus. Had two interviews and a writing test on the gender gaps in specific sector of focus and my ideas on how to address them through private sector engagement.

Interview
After application, it took about 2 days and received an email. Scheduled the next Monday phone call interview. Two HR staffs over the phone, they asked some behavior questions. It total took 30min.
