World Bank Group interview questions

Lengthy interview process (4+ months from application to outcome). Work example, panel interview, 1:1 with Manager, reference checks. Reference checks undertaken but they went with another candidate. Very nice panel, quite informal interview questions about experience rather than behavioral questions.

It was interactive , had a friendly conversation with the hiring team. Was not too tensed. Had to go through 2 stages. Met the hiring manager. Was not successful but had a great time
