After referring by my professor, I sent my resume by email. Then I got notice of an interview in a few weeks, and get a final decision in days. The interview took about 30 minutes with 1 supervisor and 1 coordinator,

Question 1
Ask me whether I had fundraising writing experience. After I said no, they have no further interest to interview me.

2 interviews. They weren't necessarily friendly. Talked about my experience and then they asked me specific details about the project I was applying to. You do have to have technical knowledge. They also asked me a couple of behavioral questions.

Interview
After the application I was invited for an online interview via Skype. It lasted for an hour. The panel consisted of 5 persons each asking about 3 questions. It's important to have a good camera and practice looking into the camera when answering questions.
