First interview is an initial phone screen with a recruiter to get basics covered (company/position overview, why you're looking, salary expectations). 2nd interview was a 2.5 hours in person interview with 3 members of the HR team. Then you're told a few times over 2 weeks that you're still in consideration and eventually you get a system generated rejection email. If you take time off work to spend hours in an interview, I would expect at least a more personal rejection from 1 of the 5 employees you had contact with. My interview experience was positive up until this point and now I would not consider WI as an employer I would want to work for in the future.
