Interview
Applied online on wednesday, and was called back thursday to come in for interview friday.
Started training that following monday.
Interview questions were very easy, and the recruiters were very nice.
The testing before the interview was very extensive. You must have the knowledge that you say you have, there's no floating through testing with this company.
There is a total of five test, with one being an aptitude test.
The interview process was fairly easy, very informal. I was well over qualified for the position and was asked by the interviewer what I was doing there. I was in dire need of a job and some type of income at the time. I interviewed in person and received an offer the same day.

Interview
I heard that my skills might help me get a job here. I dressed in a suit, polished my resumes, printed out recommendations and work performance papers and drove to the site. I went in and had to ding a bell at the reception. Shortly, a man took me to a bank of computers that were full of other applicants. He had me fill out an online application and forced me to use my full name listed on my drivers license. After I was done, I was shuttled to an HR person who interviewed me. She asked me four or five questions and then hired me pending a background/drug test. The first man gave me a tour of the call center room.
My skills were not reviewed, checked, or needed for this job.
