I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Colorado Springs, CO) in Dec 2011
Interview
I applied online but since my spouse already worked there, I did a walk in as well. They had me fill out an application form then took the assessment which was sample calls, behavioral and personality test as well as a typing test. After that, I waited to be interviewed by the hiring manager. My hiring manager was really great. I was very relaxed and we both had a great time. At the end she offered me the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox
Interview
Difficult to get through the door unless you know someone or can cut through all the red tape to get to the hiring manager/recruiter. The positions are posted online but sometimes the content in them is very vague or may not really detail what the position entails - that's why it is best if you know someone who can give you more insight.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xerox (Provo, UT) in Jan 2012
Interview
This was a very basic interview. A few technical questions connected with a bunch of cultural and personality questions. Overall, it was not very hard and didn't seem to have a lot of unimportant questions.
