Was biased from the beginning due to internal decision to hire specific group of people - interviewees were not cognizant of this fact at the time. the jobs were eventually given to a group of people that were being let go from current position. This was received very poorly by almost all applicants for this position. Skill testing was fair and unbiased but decision making was definately biased.

Interview
I had a phone interview with the HR department of Xerox. I than had a 1:1 interview with the sales managers. I have not yet received an offer. The main point sof interest were real sales experience, humding down opportunities and growing territory. Key questions were about solid sales experinece in past positions, experience growning actual accounts and relationship building.
