The interview process is pretty standard hiring process similar to most big companies. The first step is phone screening with HR, then on-site interview with hiring manager and the director respectively, which took around 1 hour in total.

Was required to complete a typing test, aptitude test, and speech test for grammar. After meeting the minimum test scores, I was interviewed by the recruiter and then the hiring manager.

Found the job posting on LinkedIn and applied. I was contacted a couple of days later. I completed a phone screen and then completed two virtual interviews with the manager. It was a quit process and the background check took about 4 days.
