After a few job related questions about how I would handle situations or how my experience met the job criteria, each interviewer focused on more personal "getting to know you" kinds of questions. One that threw me was "tell me about something you're interested in right now".
My past positions. How I deal with difficult situations. How I have gone above for patients in my positions.
They asked what I knew about their company.
Why are you interested in this role?
What attracted you to our company and this position? Their job posting made it sound like a real job not a call center position. I told her that when I receive a call and it sounds like a call center in the background, I HANG UP. In this day and age, there is no need for a call center for top sales people and it destroys credibility immediately.

Can I work full time, in house as opposed to being a contractor?
How do you feel about rejection?
Name a time where you had a difficult client or customer - how did you deal with the situation?
