I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at adidas (Deer Park, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Brief, friendly. Asked about prior knowledge for company. Interviewer was approachable. Dress was casual. It was a one-on one setting in the manager's office. He introduced me to all staff members and gave me a tour. He spent a great deal of time talking about the history of the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at adidas (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online, got a call days later, went there and waited for the manager. I then got called into the office and we spoke on my values, teal work an just about myself really. Nothing too hard. As long as you have experience/knowledge in retail work, your good. It was very laid back, he spoke to me like i was a friend so i didn't feel nervous.
