My applications were instantly dismissed because applying to both an AR position and a Customer Success one was considered to be applying to opposing teams. I was very concerned at the term "opposing" as I believe a good organizational culture is about working together. I was also dismayed by the fact that employees are encouraged to refer a candidate to up to 3 positions but these applications are banished for the very same reason.
