The first "interview" is just so they can look at you on screen. It is 7 min of being talked at. If you make it to round two, they present a power point deck to you in a group interview setting, and quiz you to see if you're taking notes and paying attention. You are not encouraged to speak otherwise. A big red flag was when the interviewer said they only hire entry level, and that she is not likely to show up for work the next day if an external manager is hired to manage her. Despite asking for a "student mentality", they don't want to learn from anyone who may have more experience in the industry.
