Why do you want to work for us?
They hand in a few written questions for you to fill in: wage expectations, availability (important to be available to work on flexible shift-schedules, including weekends), holidays in the near future (if you do have vacations planned, you better apply at another moment) and some other basic things to check whether you would actually be available to do the job under the conditions they establish. Then they do ask you a little bit about yourself, but the main "section" is a call-scenario in which you basically would need to say what you would do if a client would call you with such and such a question. What they verify is: your questioning skills; your ability to explain differences in plans (general idea of the way it works: you do have the information before the interview so it's easy to check) and politeness/ friendliness.
