If some clients call in and told you that their child/spouse died or had accident and need to withdraw money from the account, however there are policies to follow and they are not allowed to take out the money. Hence, they are very sad and unhappy with that. How would you react and what would you do especially in a situation that you receive more than 5 calls like this? How would you feel?
