Why do you want to work for us?
Basically tell me about yourself, and work experiences relating to helping children. What do you think about inclusion ? Have you worked with a difficult employee ?
What are your strengths
- Name ONE task you would be performing at this store - In 2 minutes, find out about the person next to you. Try and sell this person (what do they do for work/study, passions, interests, life skills etc). - In 2 minutes draw on a piece of paper about your life and interests/hobbies e.g family, travelling, sports whatever interests you (don't try and oversell yourself here and talk about your love for retail or how good you are - people who went off topic were not hired). - Given an item from their store, 2 minutes to write something down. Then stand up and explain the features and benefits of this product. Try to mention the price and up-sell (e.g bed cover - it comes in many colours which is great for the main bedroom and the kids bedrooms as well). - If you were stuck on an island, what 5 items would you bring
