1. The person interviewing me asked everyone a totally random question to make everyone less nervous. 2. We were then asked to get to know the person next to us and then tell the group three things you learnt about them. 3. We were then put into small groups and given scenarios that would happen in the store and had time to discuss how we would overcome these scenarios and then tell the group what we would do. 4.
