I was asked what my motivation for this position is and my expectations and my plan after my studies Then 3 strong points of my self and 3 weak points in my eyes
Questions by the CTO were relevant, asking me to describe my technical knowledge, how I lead people and teams.
They did ask me a few political questions about which politicians i admire which surprised me. They do not want anyone who is Tory to work there.
