My in-person interview was just a conversation about my skills and how they matched up with their roles. They wanted to see prior work samples and appeared to be frustrated that I wouldn't share the assets. I find the comments that people LOVE working there with a high rating. Makes me question why more than one person for the interview process has a similar experience.
