Vague questions are the worst for me, such as, "Describe a time when you went above and beyond." Which was one question. One was a time management question. " You have 15 minutes to get to an appointment at 2, you also have to return an email by 2. In addition to this you have 3 phone calls to return by the end of the day and some emails to return by the end of the day. Which tasks do you do first?" Another question was, " You give a claimant and estimate stating that their car will take 9 hours and x amount of dollars to repair, the mechanic you are using accuses you of trying to cheat the customer, what do you do?"

Lets say you have 15 minutes until an appointment. The appointment is 12 minutes away, but you have to call a customer, send an email, and fill a piece of paper. How would you manage that time?
