During the role play I was the agent and one of the managers was the customer.
General STAR method question i.e tell me a time were you had to deal with a difficult situation with a customer.
None really, all situational based so review S.T.A.R. behavioral questions and you will be fine...or so I thought
Give a situation where you had to multitask. Tell me the situation and how did you handle it.
Can you tell me about a time you made a customer happy? This is not a difficult question I just did not expect it. We all expect the question about the difficult customer but, this just caught me off guard.

About the double screen computer monitors I was caught off gaurd lol
