There was some reading I had to do that stated a certian type of claim was not covered. Then when the customer called she asked if that type of claim was covered.

role playing isn't easy, make sure you stay calm and concentrate, hardest question is do you for see any problems in call center environment? they let you watch someone first to see if you would like it. you wont role play as a geico employee, they will give you a company and some of the facts and then they call you from a different room, so you get an actual phone style role play.
So, you haven't worked at a company for over a year?
no difficult questions. Basically the usual general questions of "tell a time in your history when you had to overcome an obstacle and how you did so".
Any disputes with management and how did you handle yourself and resolve the situation?
Tell us about a time you had to make a goal? Why Geico? How would you deal with an irate customer?
