I was asked about the attributes I seek in a peer manager/colleague.
Describe a time in which you made a mistake in the workplace.
Standard scenario questions until the second to last interview which was based on stealing your ideas for workflows. What would you include in workflows for partnerships with employer programs, what is a project/improvement that didn’t work out and how did you handle it…etc. the last two people a part of the group interview were not very likeable. They treated it as a test that’s someone could either pass or fail…they had no personality and made the process very uncomfortable.
Depends on role, but expect questions around: 1. Your experience and how you would work in a fast-paced startup environment 2. Your work style, both individually and within a collaborative setting 3. Questions about what work culture you want to be a part of 4. For the written assignment: this is to get a sense of your "way of working" and to better understand not just how you might approach a complex situation, but how you articulate what the priorities are to solve and address (to gauge communication skills and problem-solving approach)
