Asked to effectively do a case study in the middle of the interview. Do top down framing/analysis. I was asked to tell about a failure, and then the interviewer used it against me and said that I would be a bad fit for the role despite explaining how I would’ve corrected and done something differently in the future and how there were learnings from the failure moment.
The company is currently suffering from lack of income, are you willing to be responsible and under spot light ?
