What is democracy to you? I was also asked about my experience and why Kowalski's? I am a former worker in another industry, but love people. I think that this was helpful. I was asked how I felt about their philosophy which they shared. The H.R. representative was articulate and polite. She allowed for me to ask clarification of any questions and have me clear answers. All in all a positive experience. She was also very supportive and helpful in the follow up.
