First question was why do i want to join this company ?
What are you looking for with this company?
If I was looking for full or part-time work. (I thought this was a strange question given that I had established with the woman who called me that the job paid $40K and was full time with working hours of 9:30 - 5:00. Also, I don't recall very many questions from the interviewer.
-Questions were primarily behavioral in nature (tell me about how you would handle unexpected and high-priority requests while managing multiple projects/assignments, strengths/weaknesses, tell me about a time where you disagreed with a co-worker, etc.) -A psychometric/personality test was given (DiSC & Gallup StrengthFinders 2.0)
