They had different customer queries in which you would answer as if you were an Oh Polly employee, incl: 1) Someone wanting advice on what dress to buy for her birthday. 2) Someone asking for recommendations on what size she should wear. 3) A girl had recently got a boob job so was unsure on what size she should order. 4) Someone had ordered an item in the wrong size and wanted to reorder but she needed her dress quickly 5) An angry customer who had received a bad quality item and wanted to know how the company was going to deal with it
