Why have you hopped around so much?
There was a lot of emphasis on the spiritual climate and intensity and not a lot of questions about my past experience and how that might translate to their most pressing needs.
No difficult questions were asked, fairly standard phone screen. Why are you interested? Why do you feel you're qualified?
There were no difficult questions, perhaps a few unexpected questions. Those questions were some of the most powerful ones I've encountered in a 15 year career: questions that really got at what I value, what I'm looking for and who I am. Excellent.
