I would say the questions showed that the company was really making sure I was the right fit. I was asked "why Metromile?" a couple times and "how my current experience translates into skills needed for BD". I was asked to explain projects I'm most proud of and why. The interviews were very conversational, and I felt I learned a lot about the position and the company during these discussions.
