They asked a lot of questions, and while I don’t remember all of them in detail, they were focused on assessing my skills and how I would fit within the team. The interview felt conversational, with an emphasis on understanding my experience and how it aligned with the role.

Stakeholder management was a big topic, showing evidence of how I have experience of this, especially in a matrixed environement. Digital acumen, being data-informed and innovative experiences were also discussed a lot, which is more role-specific.
