There were really no difficult questions. The interviewer just asked the same regular questions. However, they did stress the importance of the job and what it entailed.

Almost all questions were "tell me about a time" when you overcame obstacles to achieve goals, when you had to use critical thinking, etc.
The normal questions: What are negatives/ positives How would you react in certain situations, if your old supervisor can describe you how would they describe you?
How would you keep method "weird"? It's part of their core values. Other have sang songs, taught yoga classes. The point is to show your personality.
These are just the questions for the on demand interview. I haven't had my Live Video Interview. What would you change about your present job situation?
