Questions were not difficult as I expected them to be. They just asked me to talk about my experience and told me about the company and what was needed. If felt more like they wanted someone with a fluffly marketing background to speak that language rather than address the real problem they have with growth and disparate leadership.

Each individual had specific questions/topics but mostly in my case, it was important to be aligned about the Sales Strategy that the role was supposed to support.
You look like you're searching for something. What do you need from this job that your other employers didn't give you?
They wanted information on customers' rates and services, which most people are under NDA's and cannot answer. These were inappropriate questions.
