Tell me about a time when you influenced without authority? A time when you had to operationalize projects? When you had to convince clients. - all fairly straightforward standard stuff. Be prepared to ask smart questions about their business. I met with VPs in BD, Product, Sales, and the CEO and had pretty good conversations with all. CEO is a chill person.
