Why do you want to work at CRI? What do you like and dislike about development work?
They asked me about my experience relative to the position I was interviewing for. They asked me about my experience managing a team, how I deal with change, and also asked about how I would deal with certain situations. They also used a method to have me tell them about times where I did certain things such as projects, job changes, etc.
What was the most difficult situation you have had to face as a manager?
Interviewer asked basic questions not in line with my experience. It was if he knew there wasn't a position available yet wasted my time, expense, and a day off from my job to go to DC.
