Are you more of a "lets get it done" type of personality who wants to jump right in, or someone who takes time to analyze situations and move purposefully? You have to choose one. How would you approach a situation where you need to make an ask quickly to reach a quarterly goal, but don't feel the relationship is far along enough yet with the donor/sponsor.

I was asked to demonstrate my ability to make an ask for a large donation. They then responded with a no and I had to navigate the rejection.
