It was a collaborative interview where they asked about my background and allowed you to ask questions as well. Some questions asked were related to my previous roles, what I enjoy doing and where I see myself in a few years to name a few.
As a salesperson, this interview was unique in that they actually spent time having "normal" conversations. They conversations were a mix of business and personal questions. However, the questions were not standard ones I have received from any other healthcare company. We just discussed business. Their method of "getting to know" me was much appreciated. They want you to be happy and sure that you want to work for them and vice versa and the best way to do that is to get to know someone through conversation. It really was the most relevant interview I've had as a salesperson.
