Nothing was really difficult or unexpected. Meeting with so many people made for a great variety of questions, all from their own perspectives within the company.
The most difficult item in an interview is the case study for corporate positions. The case changes based on position, but generally turns out to be about a 5-10 document. The case study, like the profile, is another instance where the company heard that someone else was using the process to great effect and they implemented the process without know or understanding what they were doing. There is no rubric or criteria for the case studies, only a "feeling" they generate. Good thorough studies are often catorgorized as "phoned in"
