Interview process included a writing assessment before you can proceed. this is very difficult and time consuming if taken seriously. Expect to spend 3-8hrs of time on this even though they estimate it should only take 2hrs. If you pass the writing assessment you will be able to proceed with the normal tech company style interview process.
