There were no hard questions. It was just typical sales questions. They did give some insight into how poorly this organization is run but I didnt pick up on them until after the face.
I actually don't recall any difficult or unexpected questions. Besides being asked about my past experiences and how I would enhance their marketing strategy I didn't get asked too many questions. I ended up asking the Director/interviewer more questions than was given to me.
