Hiring Manager mostly talked about their unique culture (long-time employees, very outdated IT systems and processes and a revolving door especially on recent new-hires) and how she needed to find the right candidate fit due to their culture. She thought I would be bored with my extensive backgrounds and experience. They do have a great employee benefit package if you can overlook the culture and environment.
