All questions were about current/past roles… basically walking through your career journey. No pointless behavioral questions were really asked. The project was most time consuming… basically proving you know how to put a general presentation together in PowerPoint.
It was less about the questions and more about finding out what I was about and what brought me to be interested in the role and how my strengths would lend well to my success.
One phase was a business case. Another phase is a sample customer call. There is a rapid round of unplanned problem solving.
